Spicy Crew Membership
Spicy Crew is a customer rewards program operated by Dos Gringos Michelada Mix LLC. Membership is free unless otherwise stated. Members must provide accurate information and may maintain only one account. Rewards, punch requirements, eligible purchases, expiration rules, and availability may change. Rewards have no cash value, may not be transferred, and may be limited or revoked in cases of abuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, or error.
SMS Program Terms
Program name: Dos Gringos Spicy Crew.
By voluntarily selecting the SMS checkbox and submitting the signup form, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages from Dos Gringos Michelada Mix LLC at the mobile number provided. Messages may include Spicy Crew rewards, offers, product announcements, restock notifications, and member updates.

Orders and Payments
Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted or paid as applicable. Prices, taxes, shipping, pickup details, and product descriptions may be corrected when an obvious error occurs. Payments may be handled by a third-party payment processor.
Made-to-Order and Final-Sale Policy
Dos Gringos products are made to order. All sales are final and products cannot be returned or refunded except where required by law. If a change is needed, contact Dos Gringos immediately. Changes are not guaranteed once production has started.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, access another customer’s account, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or use rewards, orders, promotions, or communications fraudulently.
Service Availability

Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Texas, without limiting rights that cannot legally be waived.
